So citizens have to bring the letter from either Sub district or Urban Village community health center if they are going to get the medical treatment with the card,” uttered Head of South Jakarta Healthy Sub Department, Yuditha Endah, Monday (4/6).

While, in North Jakarta are Koja Sub District Community Health Center, Cilincing, Pademangan. As for West Jakarta are specifically in Kembangan Sub District Community Health Center and Kalideres. In South Jakarta are in Jagakarsa Sub District Community Health Center, Tebet, Pesanggrahan, and Mampang. Last, in East Jakarta are Ciracas Sub District and Kramatjati.
