Type-D Hospital Obliges Referral Letter for BPJS Patients

The improving of 15 community health centers in Jakarta became type-D general hospital also change the mechanism in using BPJS health card. Patients have to bring the referral letter.

The socialization may be conducted until 3-6 months

“The status is already changed become type-D hospital. So citizens have to bring the letter from either Sub district or Urban Village community health center if they are going to get the medical treatment with the card,” uttered Head of South Jakarta Healthy Sub Department, Yuditha Endah, Monday (4/6).

But so, she added the hospital gives tolerance for those patients who do not know this new procedure. “We still serve the patients. The socialization may be conducted until 3-6 months," Endah added.

Meanwhile, here are the community health centers which improved become type–d hospital in greater Jakarta. In Central Jakarta, are Cempaka Putih Sub District Community Health Center, Sawah Besar, Johar Baru, Kemayoran. While, in North Jakarta are Koja Sub District Community Health Center, Cilincing, Pademangan. As for West Jakarta are specifically in Kembangan Sub District Community Health Center and Kalideres. In South Jakarta are in Jagakarsa Sub District Community Health Center, Tebet, Pesanggrahan, and Mampang. Last, in East Jakarta are Ciracas Sub District and Kramatjati.
