Jakarta Communication Informatics and Statistics Agency and Ministry of Woman Empowerment and Child Protection are cooperating in woman empowerment, especially in politic.

Iit Ilham Firman, Ministry's Deputy Assistant of Gender Mainstreaming in Politics and Law, said his side will monitor the process of campaign.

That is why this year's election is good moment to campaign woman's representative in legislative.

He explained that Law No 7/2017 mandates women's representation in parliament. Currently the realization has only reached around 20 percent.

"The constitution mandates 30 percent representation and the target according to the RPJMN is around 22.5 percent. It is important for us to remind ourselves that elections can produce legislators who come from various representations," he said, Tuesday (1/30).

Technically, he ad ded, his side has prepared 15 seconds video. It is hoped the video can be posted in outdoor publication media in Jakarta.

Meanwhile, Agency's Media Management for Public Communication Sub-group Head, Dhini Gilang Prasasti, admitted her side is ready to cooperate with the ministry and will handle the campaign in form of video to LED managements in several locations.

According to him, the video can be posted in several LEDs such as Jalan Sudirman, Thamrin, MRT, LRT, and Transjakarta shelters.

"Technically, the video must meet the LED's size," she stated.
