Acting North Jakarta AIDS Handling Commission's Secretary, Tri Witjaksono, said the program was aimed to give education for North Jakarta's scout. The education included HIV/AIDS' spread and prevention, as well as erasing negative stigma for people living with HIV.

North Jakarta Community Welfare Division Head, Agung Cahyo Kuntodi, explained this activity is in line with the North Jakarta Administration's efforts to increase access and availability of health services, strengthen early detection systems, develop education and health communication, as well as empower communities and affected groups.
"I express my highest appreciation to all parties who have contributed and played an active role in efforts to control HIV/AIDS in the North Jakarta area, especially in the implementation of the Three Zero program," he explained.
According to him, Three Zero is zero of new HIV infection, zero death of AIDS, and zero discrimination. The tagline is also inline with Indonesia's target to free from AIDS in 2030.
"Surely need cooperation and participation from society, government, and related units," he added.
Meanwhile, North Jakarta's Scout of Youth Development Deputy, Darpi, admitted the socialization was attended by 80 participants from high school level from six sub-districts in North Jakarta.
"I hope they are able to spread their knowledge about HIV/AIDS' danger and prevention," he hoped.
