He added that the urban farming is conducted above 135 square meter of land by PKK cadre. Not only vegetables, cadres also planted several medicinal plants.
"The plants here are from South Jakarta Food Tenacity, Maritime and Agriculture Sub-agency," he added.
Ilham added that his party will continue to utilize empty or abandoned land in residential areas into productive land. Because, apart from making the area more beautiful and orderly, land use is also a form of effort to maintain residents' food security.
Meanwhile, RT 07/10 Caretaker, Cilandak Barat Urban Village, Agus (45), admitted happy and support the urban farming in his area. Moreover, this land use makes a real contribution to maintaining food security and overcoming stunting.
"We always support the effort especially for handling stunting," he stated.
