The South Jakarta Health Sub-agency held socialization on strengthening and optimizing stunting prevention through the role of an integrated health services post (Posyandu).

South Jakarta People's Welfare Division Head, Khabib Asy'ari said that to support Posyandu services, Posyandu cadres must have 25 basic skills in the health sector.
These basic skills are spread across various life cycle groups, namely, breastfeeding pregnant women, babies, toddlers, school age, and teenagers, to productive age and the elderly.

South Jakarta Health Sub-agency's Public Health Section Head, Evelyn hoped that all representatives of Posyandu cadres from 65 urban villages who were present were able to transfer the knowledge conveyed regarding the 25 skills that Posyandu cadres must have.
According to him, the most important things, such as the use of anthropometric health kits at Posyandu for toddlers, must be understood, considering that these health tools are very important for monitoring toddlers with indications of stunting in each area.
"In the future, we'll hold a 25 skills training program for Posyandu cadres in stages," he stated.
