Kebon Jeruk Sub-district's Dredging Coordinator, Ujang Bahtiar, said the dredging is run along 200 meters.
"We need to dredge the channel since the mud is already thick," he said, Monday (2/19).
Personnel Handle Inundation in Pramuka IslandAccording to him, the dredging is run manually by 80 cm of depth.
"We're targeting to complete in a month ahead," he added.
Meanwhile, Bondan Ginanjar (37), one of workers around the location, appreciated the dredging run by the personnel.
"Hopefully the dredging will eliminate inundation in the area," he hoped.
