PT JIP to Construct SJUT along 84.5 KM in East and South Jakarta

Jakarta Provincial Government is about to construct Integrated Utility Network Facility (SJUT) along 84.5 kilometer in East Jakarta and South Jakarta.
Totally, we'll have 109 kilometer of SJUT
Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro)'s subsidiary, PT Jakarta Infrastruktur Propertindo (JIP), is appointed to run the project in two years ahead.
PT JIP Acting Director, Ivan Cahya Permana, explained the project will be run along 54.5 kilometer in South Jakarta and 30 kilometer in East Jakarta.
Legislator Supports SJUT Development in Jakarta"The construction is run in two years up to 2025. The cables will be relocated to underground," he said.
According to him, PT JIP has constructed SJUT along 25 kilometer until today which is based on Governor Decree No 645/2021 about Amendment of Governor Regulation No 1060/2020 about Designation of Locations for the Implementation of Integrated Utility Network Facilities by Limited Liability Companies which already outdated in 2023 ago.
He is optimistic the 109 kilometer
SJUT in 2025 can be realized. Now his side is still waiting the publication of new Governor Decree."Totally, we'll have 109 kilometer of SJUT," he said, Thursday (2/29).
Ivan added that moving the cables to underground is also support Jakarta as global city program.
The SJUT construction along 84.5 kilometer will applied on Jalan MT Haryono, Jalan Dr Saharjo, Jalan Duren Tiga Raya, Jalan Fatmawati Raya, Jalan Galunggung, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jalan Iskandarsyah, Jalan Kuningan Barat, Jalan Melawai Raya, Jalan Minangkabau (B), Jalan Minangkabau (T) and Jalan Pangeran Antasari.
Next are Jalan Panglima Polim, Jalan Prapanca, Jalan Prof Dr Soepomo, Jalan Rasuna Said, Jalan Raya Kalibata, Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu, Jalan Sultan Agung, Jalan Warung Buncit Raya and Jalan Warung Jati Barat.
