This Week, Collapsed Sheet Pile Repairs on Jalan Pertanian Raya Completed

The Cilandak Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Executing Unit, South Jakarta is seen repairing the collapsed sheet pile of the Pertanian Connecting Channel on Jalan Pertanian Raya, RT 01/03, Lebak Bulus Urban Village.

We send eight personnel to the repair location

"Residents requested repairs by letter to us," expressed Cilandak Sub-district SDA Executing Unit Head, Yansori, Wednesday (3/13).

He explained the sheet pile itself has a length of 18 meters with two meters high and 30 centimeters wide.

"We send eight personnel to the repair location. It has been carried out since last month and is targeted to be completed this week," he explained.

He hoped that it could prevent debris from clogging channels and other damage that could cause the surrounding soil to slide.

"We will finish it on time to prevent the same case," he stressed.

One of residents, Kiki (42), appreciated the work.

"On behalf of the residents here, we say thank you. Hopefully, this repair can prevent the potential for inundation or flooding," he stated.
