Smoking in Office, Civil Servant's TKD will Be Cut for 1 Month

In order to run smoking ban effectively, Jakarta civil servants who caught smoking in the office of South Jakarta Administration area will strictly get sanction by not transferring the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) for one month. According to Supardan, the regulation is aimed to protect the passive smokers. This is because, they get a lot of complaints from people who annoyed with cigarette smoke in the office.
