Jakarta Transportation Agency Head, Syafrin Liputo, said Eid holiday has been determined from April 8-15, 2024 based on Joint Decree of the Minister of Religion, Minister of Manpower, and Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 855 of 2023, Number 3 of 2023, Number 4 of 2023 about National Holidays and Public Leave in 2024.
Article 3 paragraph (3) of Jakarta Governor Regulation Number 88 of 2019 regulates that traffic restrictions using an odd-even system are not applicable on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays determined by Presidential Decree.
