8,833 Travelers Departed from Kalideres Bus Terminal

Ahead of Eid ul Fitr 2024, the homecomers start to flock Kalideres Bus Terminal, West Jakarta. Based on the data on seven to four days before Eid, there were 8,833 travelers have been departed.

Kalideres Bus Terminal Head, Revi Zulkarnain, said the data was taken from seven to four days before Eid at 10 AM today.

"Those homecomers were departed by using 532 buses," he said, Saturday (4/6).

In details, there were 1,427 travelers by using 126 buses on D-7, 2148 travelers by using 147 buses on D-6, 3,358 travelers by using 184 buses on D-5, and 2,000 travelers by using 75 buses on D-4 at 10 AM today.

Revi predicted the number of travelers will increase from D-4 to D-3. Mostly the homecomers were departed to Padang, Palembang, Yogyakarta, Tegal, Wonosobo, and Surabaya.

Meanwhile, Syamsul Arif (44), one of homecomers at Kalideres Bus Terminal, admitted that he was quite satisfied with the service of the officers and the facilities at the Kalideres Bus Terminal.

"There are many homecomers here. We still feel safe and comfortable while waiting for the bus. There are also quite a lot of seats available," he said.
