Urban Village Competition Field Verification to Complete this Week

Central Jakarta Administration City Secretary, Iqbal Akbarudin, said this verification is carried out to see the field conditions based on the administrative files submitted in order to get a complete picture of the potential and development that has been carried out.

First verification was run yesterday, Monday (5/13), at Cempaka Putih Barat and Tanah Tinggi Urban Villages.

"Apart from taking direct photos of the region's strengths and potential, we also saw the implementation and development Jakarta Provincial Government programs which are being realized in sub-districts," he said, Tuesday (5/16).

He added that this urban village competition activity will consider various aspects in the assessment such as development, social, community and economic.

Next verification will be carried out in Petojo Utara, Kartini, Kebon Kosong, Senen, Kebon Melati, and Kebon Sirih Urban Villages.

"Our target is to complete verification this week," he added.

It is hoped that all the efforts made in this competition will have an impact on changing people's lifestyles in a more positive way. Not only increases harmony but also maintains a clean and beautiful environment in all circles.

Meanwhile, Tanah Tinggi Urban Village Head, Nino Ardiansyah, admitted his area has a different complexity of challenges compared to other urban villages.

Apart from dense population, the issue of land control by non-owners also often complicates the structuring process. Because of this, he always involves RT/RW administrators and other community elements in planning the area.

"Otherwise, we hope the verification result will give us good result," he hoped.
