PTSP Duren Sawit Gelar Layanan di TPU Pondok Kelapa

Duren Sawit PTSP Holds Door-to-Door Services at Pondok Kelapa TPU until Thursday

Duren Sawit's One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Management Unit (UP PMPTSP) holds a door-to-door service at Pondok Kelapa TPU, East Jakarta, Tuesday (5/14) to Thursday (5/16) the day after tomorrow.

The public is very enthusiastic because this service is free

Duren Sawit Sub-district UP PM-PTSP Head, Rusyadi said the door to door service was held to help residents in administering licensing services related to the use of burial land.

"The public is very enthusiastic because this service is free. In the past, usually when there were retribution arrears, people were lazy about proposing the extension, but because there was whitening and it was free, interest was high," he expressed.

Pulogadung UPM-PTSP Serves 64,465 Permit and Non Permit Applicants

UP PM-PTSP Administration Sub-Section Head, Wachid Wahyudi stated some 34 residents used door to door services at Pondok Kelapa TPU. They all proposed permits for the use of burial land (IPTM) at Pondok Kelapa TPU.

"We deployed seven officers starting from the head of the urban village PM-PTSP unit and AJIB officers," he explained.

One of the residents, Yahfat admitted the service was very helpful. Just coming to the service car and all the files would be processed and finished. There is no need to go back and forth to the urban village office and TPU.

"It is very easy for the public, especially since it is free of charge. So, it really makes things easier for the community," he stated.
