Water Channel at Flamboyan Alley Kebon Jeruk Repaired

West Jakarta Water Resource Sub-agency personnel repair water channel at Flamboyan Alley, RT 13/05, Kebon Jeruk Urban Village, Kebon Jeruk Sub-district. The repair is run to respond residents' request during Musrenbang 2023.
The progress reaches 80 percent
Kebon Jeruk Sub-district's Water Resource Field Coordinator, Sahlani, said the repair is run along 60 meter and it has been running for eight days by 10 personnel.
"Existing channel was made from cement plaster and already broken," he said, Monday (5/20).

"The progress reaches 80 percent and is targeted to complete next week. It is hoped this new channel will smooth water flow into Sekretaris River," he added.
Meanwhile, RT 13/05 Head, Kebon Jeruk Urban Village, Abdul Rozak, appreciated the work run by the sub-agency.
"Our hope is new channel will smooth the water flow and prevent inundation during heavy rain," he hoped.
