50 Productive Trees Planted at South Jakarta Land Office

South Jakarta Administration Secretary, Ali Murthado, led the planting of 50 productive trees at South Jakarta Land Office, Jalan Raya Tanjung Barat, Tanjung Barat Urban Village, Jagakarsa Sub-district.

Ali said South Jakarta Administration appreciates the South Jakarta Land Office's step for launching healthy community program namely Germas by doing public gym and plating 50 productive trees.

"This is an important step in efforts to maintain the health and welfare of all South Jakarta residents. Germas is not just a program, but is a real commitment by the South Jakarta Administration to encourage healthy lifestyles and strengthen the public health system," he said, Friday (5/31).

Ali explained that planting trees is a concrete action in protecting the environment. Because planting trees is not only about adding beauty to the city, but also reducing the negative impacts of climate change and providing great ecological benefits for the environment.

He also appreciated the signing of Memorandum of Understanding between Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia Jakarta and South Jakarta Land Office. It is hoped that this collaboration will open the door for closer synergy between the media and the government in conveying information that is accurate and useful for the public.

"I am very proud to see the participation and commitment of all parties in this event. Hopefully the collaboration established today can have a real positive impact on the welfare of the people of South Jakarta," he added.

Meanwhile, South Jakarta Land Office Head, Tentrem Prihatin, thanked the South Jakarta Administration and Jakarta PWI for the synergy.

"Through this greening, people who want to make service visits here will become more comfortable," he stated.
