Hundreds of Residents Enjoy Health Services at Cipete Utara Posyandu

Hundreds of residents living in Cipete Utara, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta were enthusiastic about having their health conditions at the Integrated Posyandu service held at the Taman Sawo RPTRA, Tuesday (6/11).

It was also attended by the President, Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo and his wife, Iriana Joko Widodo, as well as Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono and his wife, Mirdiyanti Heru Budi.

Jakarta Dinkes Head, Ani Ruspitawati said the Integrated Posyandu service RW 02 Cipete Utara had implemented Primary Service Integration (ILP), thus all services were in one place and at one time.

"The health services provided are for toddlers, pregnant women, elderly people, teenagers, and prospective brides and grooms. Posyandu RW 02 Cipete Utara has been integrated and is a pilot project in Jakarta," she expressed.

According to her, all community healthcare or Puskesmas services in Jakarta are integrated already which will be launched on June 21.

South Jakarta Health Sub-agency Acting Head, Erizon Safari explained the Integrated Posyandu RW 02 Cipete Utara won the best Posyandu service competition with the support of trained and experienced cadres.

"There were 43 children under five and it is also known that stunted children have graduated since last year," he explained.

One of the residents living in RT 07/02 Cipete Utara, Rada Karina admitted she routinely did pregnancy checks at the Integrated Posyandu.

"From the first month until entering the sixth month, I routinely had pregnancy checks. The work of the Posyandu cadres was very good when serving patients, hopefully, it will continue to be improved," he admitted.
