The Central Jakarta Social Sub-agency launched a WhatsApp application-based service called SAOS WASABI (WhatsApp Bot Information, Services, Complaints, and Consultation Services), Monday (6/24).

This SAOS WASABI innovation enriches our service to the community

Jakarta Social Agency (Dinsos) Head, Premi Lasari, appreciated the application developed by the Central Jakarta Social Sub-agency. This innovation increases access to services for the community. Moreover, the WhatsApp application is very familiar to the public.

"Nowadays, almost everyone has WhatsApp. This SAOS WASABI innovation enriches our service to the community," he expressed.

Through this application, the public can access various information on services, permits, and complaints as well as consultations related to Dinsos programs and tasks. Hopefully, other regions could make something similar.

"All regions must have the same standards in providing services, including easy access to information such as SAOS WASABI," he asserted.

Another appreciation also came from Central Jakarta Mayor, Dhany Sukma. This application is also a medium of communication between health and social stakeholders.

"Congrats and hopefully the application can provide the best service to residents," he stated.
