The Jakarta Culture Agency (Disbud) launched the Arts and Culture Building Booking Application (SI-GAYA) to support the development of arts and culture in Jakarta.

Jakarta Culture Agency Head, Iwan Henry Wardana said the transfer of services to the digital realm in ordering arts and culture buildings was aimed at facilitating the ordering process for arts and culture buildings managed by the Jakarta Culture Service and an effort to prepare Jakarta as a global city.
"This is our commitment to develop a center for arts and cultural activities in Jakarta that is increasingly modern and integrated. Therefore, we invite the wider community to support the development of this innovation by downloading the SI-GAYA application and participating in building a more dynamic and inclusive arts and culture ecosystem," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta Government's press release, Wednesday (5/15).
Disbud Supports Cultural Performance of Sanggar TeradahanAs a digital platform, the SI-GAYA application was designed to provide convenience, efficiency and effectiveness for people who want to use arts and culture buildings for various activities such as art performances, concerts, exhibitions, seminars, and other cultural events.
Here is a list of arts and culture buildings that have been integrated in the SI-GAYA application:
1. Kesenian Jakarta Building
2. Wayang Orang Bharata Building
3. Miss Tjitjih Building
4. Condet Cultural Hall Building
5. Taman Benyamin Suaeb Building
6. H. Sa'aba Amsir Cultural Arts Training Center (PPSB), South Jakarta
7. K.H. Usman Perak Cultural Arts Training Center (PPSB), West Jakarta
8. Aki Tirem Cultural Arts Training Center (PPSB), North Jakarta
9. Kisam Dji'un Cultural Arts Training Center (PPSB), East Jakarta
10. Muhamad Mashabi Cultural Arts Training Center (PPSB), Central Jakarta
11. Besar Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) Theather Building
12. Kecil Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) Theater Building
The features available in the SI-GAYA application contain complete data and information regarding the location of arts and culture buildings managed by the Jakarta Culture Agency, information on the schedule of arts and culture activities being held, information on building availability for event bookings, as well as data visualization (infographics) regarding usage, arts, and culture building to facilitate decision making.
"We urge all people in Jakarta to make good use of this innovation. Hopefully, with the presence of this convenience, more arts and cultural performances in Jakarta will be held," he added.
