Jakarta Dharwa Wanita Persatuan (DWP) held training and competition of making fish-based healthy food from at State Vocational High School (SMKN) 57 Jakarta, Jalan Taman Margasatwa, Jati Padang Urban Village, Pasar Minggu Sub-district, South Jakarta.

"We want mothers to participate this event to gain their skill in making healthy food," she said, Wednesday (7/3).
Endang added apart from aiming to educate about the sources of high nutritional and protein in fish, this activity is also to invite DWP Chairs in all OPDs to re-invigorate the fish-eating movement.
"Today we make processed fish-based food into dumplings and dim sum that look and taste attractive in order to increase fish consumption in the family or community," she added.
According to her, after participating in this activity, if the participants want to develop it into a product, they can sell it in one of the DWP Jakarta marketplaces.
Meanwhile, one of competition assessors, Ramadan, stated here are three categories for evaluating the food served by participants, namely in terms of taste, texture and appearance.
"From all aspects it is good and delicious. It is hoped that these mothers can make simple food preparations like this at home with even more interesting creations," he stated.
