Fire Hits Naga Swalayan in Jatiwaringin

East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency (Gulkarmat) personnel managed to control the fire that burned down Naga Swalayan on Jalan Jatiwaringin, RT 07/13, Cipinang Melayu Urban Village, Makasar, Friday (7/5), at 7.21 AM.
No casualties in the incident
East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency Head, Gatot Sulaiman said the fire occurred while the supermarket was still closed. Then one of the employees opened the shop and found a thick cloud of smoke covering the electronics shop until a fire broke out.
"When the employees opened the shop through the warehouse door, there was already smoke coming from the direction of the shop. Until finally a fire broke out," he expressed.

"We managed to control the situation at around 9.17 AM," he uttered.
Cipinang Melayu Urban Village Pol PP Task Force Head, Erwin added five other personnel were also deployed to maximally extinguish the fire. Those were BPBD, PPSU, and other related units.
"No casualties in the incident," he concluded.
