Dishub Provides Six Parking Pockets for Jakarta Fair Visitors

The Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) ensures safety and comfort at the Jakarta Fair by providing six parking lots. The total parking space units from this parking pocket are 4,967 parking spaces for cars and 5,650 parking spaces for motorbikes.

Jakarta Dishub Acting Head, Syaripudin details the six parking lots are located in Block B.7 (Front of MGK Mall), Block B.14 (Kemayoran PPK Office), Block C.3, Block C.4 (north side of JIExpo), MGK Mall and Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo).

"We've coordinated with the Jakarta Fair Organizing Committee and various agencies related to providing these parking spaces since before the opening of Jakarta Fair, continuing until closing," he expressed, Monday (7/8).

Besides providing parking bags, the Dishub also placed field officers in several locations to supervise and regulate traffic around the JIExpo Kemayoran area.

His party also provided a Transjakarta Bus Shuttle on the Kemayoran PPK Block B.14 - JIExpo Kemayoran route. As for the bus stopping points (Bus Stop), namely the PPK Parking Office Block B.14 - JIExpo - Parking Block C.4 - Parking Block C.3 - Parking Block B.7 (in front of MGK Mall).

It operates from Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM and Saturday to Sunday from 9 AM to 11 PM.

"Residents can also park their vehicles at the IRTI Parking on Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, then take the Transjakarta bus Route 2C City Hall - JIExpo Kemayoran," he uttered.
