The Jakarta Satpol PP, held the Satpol PP Goes to School event at SLB A (Blind) National Level and SLBN 01 Jakarta, Jalan Usaha Raya, Lebak Bulus, Cilandak, South Jakarta, Monday (7/8).

This activity was also held to enliven the 2024 Introduction to School Environment Period (MPLS) in two local schools.

Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Arifin stated that Satpol PP Goes to School is an innovation from its staff which includes a series of coaching activities and creating awareness of order from an early age.

"This is the second time we are here to introduce the Satpol PP task pattern in enforcing regional regulations and maintaining peace and public order," he expressed, Monday (7/8).

He explained this time Satpol PP Goes to School had the theme "We Can Be Equal". The theme aims to introduce Satpol PP more closely to students and teachers by delivering material that is easy to understand.

He hoped that Satpol PP Goes To School would increase students' insight into Jakarta Bylaw Number 8/2007 on Public Order and become familiar with the duties and functions of Satpol PP as enforcers of regulations.

"In the future, we will play a bigger role and add innovations that involve community participation from various levels," he explained.

SLBN 01 Jakarta Principal and Jakarta National Level Supervisor, Dedeh Kurniasih uttered the activity was attended by 99 students at the kindergarten-high school level. All participants were new students who had been accepted at this school.

"I appreciate Satpol PP for sharing additional knowledge to our school students," she stated.
