Hasudungan explained that in this training the participants were guided by chef Gita Mutiara Annisa from the Jakarta International Polytechnic. Not only that, the participants were also provided with knowledge regarding product packaging from sources from D&D Indonesia.
"There are three menus in this training, namely making meat curry puffs, chicken dimsum and chicken rollade," he added.
He explained that during the training, participants also received cooking equipment to increase business capacity.
Liliana (43), one of participants, admitted that he was happy and helped by this training. This was able to increase insight into easy food processing from various types of local food.
"I'm very happy. I got the knowledge and I got a souvenir when I came home. Thank you, South Jakarta KPKP Sub-agency for the training," she admitted.
