East Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy (Nakertransgi) Sub-agency's Head of Administrative Sub-division, Aldino Septa N, explained those 50 participants came from Cakung Sub-district, Duren Sawit, Pulogadung, Jatinegara, and Matraman. This activity presented instructors from LKP Citramas Mas with Chef Leni.
Participants are taught to make various drinks with different types of menu every day. Among them are, Thai Tea, Bir Pletok, Bajigur, Signature Chocolate, Brown Coffee, Kunyit Asam. Then Jelly Milk Ice Coffee, Mutiara Nusantara Ice, Pink Lady Ice and Lemongrass Selasih Tea.
"Participants will receive a certificate and ingredients for making drinks, pans, gas stoves, blenders and sealers after training," Aldino stated.
Through this training, Aldino continued, the party wants to form small and medium business actors to be stronger in entrepreneurship, especially the beverage business.
"Hopefully after participating in the training, participants can be more creative in processing their beverage products to get more popular," Aldino said.
