Transjakarta Holds Sports Week with Operator Partners

PT Transjakarta held a friendly sports match with operator partners 'Transjakarta Sports Week with Partners' or 'POTRA' at PT Transjakarta head office, Cawang, East Jakarta, which falls from August 21 to 22, 2024.

PT Transjakarta's Corporate Secretary and Public Relations Division Head, Tjahyadi said the event, which carries the theme 'Synergy of Sportsmanship to Improve Quality Services', involved 20 operator partners.
According to him, PT Transjakarta collaborated with many parties, including operator partners, to provide maximum service for all customers. Good cooperation must be sustainable in a bid to create a harmonious working environment between all parties.

Being the first event since Transjakarta was founded, this event competed in two sports, namely volleyball and table tennis. As planned, it would be made an annual event routinely to strengthen a friendship so that they would be more united in providing excellent service for all loyal Transjakarta customers.
"By so, Transjakarta and operator partners no longer only meet in meeting rooms but can meet in more pleasant situations. It is expected to increase synergy and togetherness with each other so that the services conducted will be even better," he explained.
In the long term POTRA, it is expected to be a medium of evaluation for both Transjakarta and operator partners regarding health and safety aspects which are important points.
He urged Transjakarta employees and operator partners to pay more attention to health for excellent, safe, and comfortable service in line with the government's focus as stated in Jakarta Bylaw Number 1/2016 on Sports.
"Conducting socialization and mapping of health and prevention. With this pattern, we can improve the quality of health and reduce medical costs. That is Transjakarta's current priority and we hope that our partners will also pay the same attention. Thus, unwanted incidents in the future can be minimized, prevented, and even eliminated," he said.
