Jakarta's gold medals were won by Muhammad Jamil Reza in the men's -55kg class, Shifa Aulia in the women's -45kg class, Meli Marta Rosita in the women's -48 kg class, and Mariam March Maharani in the women's -52kg class.

Jakarta Youth and Sport Agency Head, Andri Yansyah, said the athletes competing in PON XXI 2024 are trained at the DKI Jakarta Student Sports Training Center (PPOP) in Ragunan, Jakarta, as well as the Student Sports Education and Training Center (PPLM).
"The Judo athletes are ready to give their best and contribute to Jakarta's achievements in this national sporting event with thorough preparation," he said, Wednesday (9/11).
The Jakarta Judo team will still to compete in ten numbers namely mixed team, Women's Ju Jo Kata, Men's +100kg class, Women's +78kg class, Women's 52-57kg class, Women's 57-63kg class, Women's 63-70kg class, Men's 66-73kg class, Men's 73-81kg class, and Men's 90-100kg class.
Andri hopes that the Jakarta Judo team can continue to add to their medal haul through this sport. The Jakarta Judo team shows great potential to continue to succeed in PON XXI 2024 with the achievements that have been made.
"This achievement also proves that proper coaching and preparation can provide brilliant achievements in prestigious sporting events," Andri stated.
