Progress of Superior Area Arrangement on Jalan Pluit Raya Reaches 65 Percent

The third quarter's superior area arrangement located on Jalan Pluit Raya, RT 07/07, Penjaringan Urban Village, Penjaringan Sub-district, North Jakarta keeps being accelerated. The progress now has reached 65 percent.

Penjaringan Urban Village Head, Makhrus Nugroho said the arrangement was conducted in order to make the area more beautiful, green, orderly, and comfortable.

"To smoothen it, we deploy ten PPSU personnel assisted by regional apparatus organizations (OPDs) every day," he expressed, Thursday (9/12).

He explained the arrangement on the 61.43 square meter land was focused on building a park, foot reflexology path, and jogging track. There was also a mural painting with the theme of Asmaul Husna on the wall at the location.

"This mural painting is made 42 meters long and two meters high. We chose this theme to be in harmony with the religious area of ​​the Luar Batang Mosque," he explained.

According to him, it has been ongoing since July 2024 and is targeted for completion by the end of this September.

"After it is done, residents must contribute in caring of this area," he uttered.

The action above received appreciation from one of the residents, Yasadi (44).

Moreover, the location was indeed strategic at the intersection of Jalan Pluit Raya and Jalan Muara Baru. So, the results of this arrangement could be seen by many residents who pass by.

"We strongly support it, because this location was previously dirty and chaotic. After being arranged, hopefully, it will be more beautiful, cool, and comfortable," he hoped.
