Many of government's assets have been saved since the city administration won several lawsuit cases against private parties.

City Legal Affairs Head, Sri Rahayu stated during 2008 to 2014 her ranks won a lot of land asset belongs to city until overturning of judgement and judicial review (PK) process in Supreme Court (MA), as well as the verdict had been legally binding (inkrah).

Rahayu cited, the case in 2008, City Legal Affairs won case of cleanliness department land asset lawsuit on Jl Raya Bintaro Puspita RT 09/02, Pesanggrahan. Since citizen claimed a 8,080 square meter land asset consequently, the project of Toll Road Ulujami – Pondok Aren sued with total area of 11,682 square meter.

“Within the sue, we won the case ranging from district court (PN), High Court (PT) to overturning of judgement and judicial review in Supreme Court level,” he said at City Hall, Thursday (5/7).

Another case is SMPN 48 land on Jl Kebayoran Lama, No. 192, Cipulir, Kebayoran Lama. A 3,910 land square meter  sued by Surya Dharma Foundation in district court until Supreme Court level during 2005 to 2011.

“The legally binding case was determined by supreme court on 27 May 2011,” she told.

During 2011-2012 City Legal Affairs had successfully won the land case of Cilandak Sub-District office and craft hall in Kampung Terogong on Jl Kartini and TB Simatupang RT 16, RW 06, Cilandak Barat, South Jakarta.

“Two residents sued a 18,287 square meter land that belongs to city. We won the case in supreme court on 13th December 2011 and 27th February 2012,” she enlightened.

Sri added, in the last year City Legal Affairs succeed won other cases, such as a 250,000 square meter land on Situ Rawa Rorotan, RT 01, RW 03, Cakung East Jakarta.

“We won the case in High Court on 7 January 2014,” he stated.

The last case is daycare building sued which owned by social dept as wide as 1,052 square meter on Jl A.M Sangaji, No.21, Kelurahan Petojo, Gambir Central Jakarta.

“We won the case at 2014," she said.
