Residents Flock Cheap Bazaar in Dukuh Urban Village

Hundreds of residents flocked cheap bazaar held in Dukuh Urban Village office, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, Wednesday (9/18). The activity was urban village's cooperation with PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya.

"The bazaar is held to ease residents getting good quality staple food cheaply," Daily said.

She added that commodities sold were 5-kg premium rice Rp 71,500, 4-kg Rp 58,000, 2.5-kg Rp 36,500.

Then 5-kg Sego Pulen rice Rp 70,500, cooking oil Rp 15,700 up to Rp 17,000 per liter, 2-liter pack cooking oil Rp 32,500.

Also staple food package Rp 100,000 contained rice, cooking oil, flour, sugar, Samudra salt, and ketchup. Then package sold Rp 50,000 contained one kilogram or three 1-liter packs of cooking oil.

Dukuh Urban Village Economy and Development Section Head, Mega Devita, stated today's transaction reached Rp 6.1 million from 8 AM to 1 PM.

"The biggest transaction was 5-kg rice pack, cooking oil, and egg," she admitted.
