Sofi explained that LAILA 24 will provide information and complaint services without time lag using Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot. For people who need specific information related to drugs and food, they can access the service via WhatsApp LAILA 24 at Number 082211267771.
"For wider coverage, this service is available on the Jakarta.pom.go.id subsite and the JakKonek portal which has been integrated into various digital media in the Jakarta Province," she stated.
