The area arrangement on Jalan KFT Utama, RT 01 and 05, RW 11 Cengkareng Barat Urban Village, Cengkareng Sub-district, has been completed fully.
The progress has reached 100 percent today
Cengkareng Barat Urban Village's Economy Development Section Head, Sri Hardiyaningsih, said the 50 meter square area arrangement was run in July to September.
"The progress has reached 100 percent today," she said.
Area Arrangement on Sentiong Riverbank CompletedThe arrangement, she added, involved joint personnel of PPSU, Bina Marga Sub-agency, Water Resource Sub-agency, and City Park and Forestry Sub-agency of West Jakarta. The works included heightening the road, asphalting, improving water channel, making mural, and planting trees with decorated plants.
Lindawati (52), one of local residents, thanked and appreciated the arrangement conducted in her area.
"Previously, the area was often inundated. Hopefully now the arrangement will be able to prevent inundation in rainy season," she stated.
