The Kebayoran Baru Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Executing Unit is dredging a water channel on Jalan Raden Patah 1, Selong Urban Village, Kebayoran Baru Sub-district, South Jakarta.

Kebayoran Baru Sub-district SDA Executing Unit Head, Sutopo said the dredging was aimed to prevent inundation.
"This channel is full of mud sediment and the remains of building material debris after renovation work on the building on the side of the road," he expressed, Wednesday (10/23).
Dredging of Teratai Connecting Channel in Cipete Selatan CompletedHe explained the work that has been ongoing since early September 2024 involves six personnel.
"We have collected 200 sacks of mud and debris here," he explained.
He hoped that it was targeted for completion in November 2024.
"After it is done, we will repair the channel by replacing its manhole cover with the new ones," he added.
The work received appreciation from one of the residents, Herman (47).
"Hopefully, this channel can return to normal so that we don't have to worry about puddles, especially when it rains," he hoped.
