Jakarta City Council Work Plan Agreed

Jakarta City Council's Joint Leadership Meeting agreed the Changes of 2024  Jakarta City Council Work Plan and 2025 Work Plan.

The agreement was made after the Jakarta City Council Chairman, Khoirudin, asked for approval of all leaders and members in the meeting.

"Today's agenda has been made," he said, Monday (10/28).

Meanwhile, Acting Jakarta City Council Secretary, Augustinus, explained there was a change in the nomenclature for the dissemination of regional legal products to increase the function of monitoring legal products and budget use in October and November.

"Related to Jakarta City Council's annual work plan for 2024 budget year, all activities are remain the same," he explained.

According to him, there are a number of activities that will be carried out related to the 2025 annual work plan. Those are coffee morning, ADPSI activities, technical coaching, increasing the supervisory function, working visits of supporting equipment, commission working meetings, Bapemperda working meetings, Budget Agency working meetings, Honorary Board working meetings, and Special Committee working meetings.

"We have also included the process flow of preparing City Budget draft from point 21 such as the 2026 Pre-RKPD, discussion of the 2024 fiscal year LKPJ, discussion of the 2024 fiscal year P2APBD," he added.

The other annual work plans throughout 2025, he continued, are Pre-RKPD Amendment 2025, Amendment to RKPD 2025, Amendment to KUA-PPAS for Fiscal Year 2025, and Discussion of Draft Regional Regulation on Amendment to APBD for Fiscal Year 2025.

"Next are discussion on the determination of the 2026 Fiscal Year APBD, discussion of the 2026 Propemperda, the DPRD Leadership's End of Year Press Statement, the 2024 BPK RI LHP, and the 498th Anniversary of Jakarta," he stated.
