"It was aspiration of residents when I visited Pulogadung Sub-district, Cakung, and Matraman, and East Jakarta," he said.

He added that training participants will be more suited to the work needs of companies or industries that require them through this link and match concept.

"The aspiration has been also discussed during commission meeting. The agency should be able to provide link and match by cooperating with companies," he added.

Taufik appreciated Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Agency for cooperating with all BUMDs and companies in Jakarta in providing job vacancies.

"As the example, there are many truck drivers in North Jakarta. Then B1 Driving License training is needed," he continued.

Then culinary training is also needed by adjusting to the local area characteristics. Taufik encourages employment regulations that prioritize local resident recruitment.

"I appeal BUMD Management Agency and Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Agency to create recruitment regulation for companies to prioritize local residents with Jakarta's ID card," he stated.
