The water channel construction located on Jalan Duren, RT 01/08, Munjul Urban Village, Cipayung, which has been conducted by the East Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency since October 21 is targeted to be completed next week.

The work progress has touched 70 percent

Cipayung Su-district SDA Executing Unit Head, Dian Kartika said the channel construction up to 40 meters uses 50-centimeter U-Ditch concrete. The work was conducted manually by eight task force personnel.

"The work progress has touched 70 percent," she expressed, Tuesday (11/12).

The work above received appreciation from RW 08 Munjul Chairman, Maidi Syahrial.

According to him, it was very necessary for residents because the existing conditions were not up to standard, so it was feared that it would trigger flooding during the rainy season.

"Alhamdulillah (thank God), it can run well, thank you," he closed.
