He added that the low-income criteria is not only the benchmark for distributing assistance.
"Government must make sure that the assistance is distributed fairly," he added.
Justin requested Jakarta Provincial Government to optimize factual verification for social assistance recipients.
"We want the social assistance is distributed precisely on target," he continued.
Newcomers who come and find a job in Jakarta also give impact on job competition and spatial planning changes.
