The construction of Kenanga Child-Friendly Public Spaces (RPTRA) on Jalan Tidore RT 002/05, Cideng Urban Village, Gambir, Central Jakarta continues to be accelerated.

Cideng Urban Village Head, Suprapto stated the construction phase almost complete about 95%. Currently, it is just finishing touch of karang taruna secretary room construction that is slated complete on 25 May. As planned, Jakarta Governor Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaja Purnama will attend the public spaces opening.
“The opening will be attended by Mr. Governor on May 29,” he said, Thursday (5/21).
RPTRA Should Be Built in Densely Populated AreasHe acknowledged, the 1,653 square meter parks that is built through corporate social responsibility (CSR) program also equipped with futsal field, playground, PKK Mart, small mosque, nursery room, library, two toilets for kids and adult, disable people as well as adding karang taruna secretary room and small gazebo.
“Later, such public spaces will be managed by the residents. They could hold an activity until 12 PM,” he disclosed.
