Jakarta DPRD Commission A Vice Chairwoman, Alia Noorayu Laksono is optimistic that synergy with the Jakarta Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda) will smooth the celebration of Christmas and New Year.

"We all have to play a role in securing Christmas celebrations," she asserted.

Another Legislator in the Commission A, Zahrina Nurbaiti hoped that Christians could hold Christmas services solemnly and with a sense of security.

"Please do it well. Insya Allah (God willing), everything will be safe and conducive," she hoped.
