West Jakarta Administration provided bazar ahead of Christmas and New Year celebration. The bazar was held in front of RPTRA Kembangan Utara, Jalan Kompas, Permata Puri Media Housing Complex, RT 07/01, Kembangan Utara Urban Village, Kembangan Sub-district, Tuesday (12/10).

West Jakarta Administration's City Secretary of Economy Division Head, Febriyandri Suharto, hoped the residents are able to utilize the event since primary needs price usually increases ahead of Christmas and New Year.
"The bazar is held as part of West Jakarta Administration attention for residents in suppressing primary needs price," he said.

It provided 16 MSMEs booths who sold various food and beverage.
"The bazar is also held to lighten residents' burden in meeting their primary needs," he explained.
During the bazar, his side sold cooking oil Rp 15,000-19,000 per liter, 15 chicken eggs by Rp 25,000, one kilogram flour Rp 10,000, one kilogram sugar Rp 17,500, five-kg rice Rp 70,000 and so on.
"The primary needs price here are sold cheaper compared to the market. We also distributed 14 primary needs packages for underprivileged residents," he added.
Suriah (40), one of local residents, thanked the West Jakarta Administration for providing the bazar.
"It helps us much. The prices are lower compared to the market," she admitted.
