Manggarai Selatan Urban Village apparatuses together with Tebet Sub-district's Food Security, Maritime and Agriculture Implementer Unit, South Jakarta harvested eight kilograms of water spinach at RT 14/01, Manggarai Selatan Urban Village, Tebet Sub-district.
The result will also be given to local residents
Manggarai Selatan Urban Village Head, Muhamad Sidik said the harvested water spinach was the result of local residents' cultivation by using hydroponic method.

Sidik hopes other residents are able to provide urban farming like this by utilizing home yards. So that residents can consume nutritious food in any season and situation.
"The result will also be given to local residents especially toddlers to manage stunting," he added.
Meanwhile, Tebet Sub-district's KPKP Implementer Unit Head, Hairul Ihsan stated his side will give another seed for the farming group to continue the urban farming.
"Hopefully this year many residents will participate in urban farming for better food security," he hoped.
