Six Cubic Meters of Mud Collected from Jalan Percetakan Negara IV

Six cubic meters of mud and garbage have been collected from the cleanup action held on Jalan Percetakan Negara IV, RW 09, Johar Baru Urban Village, Johar Baru, Sunday (1/5).

This action is focused on the channels and the surrounding environment

Johar Baru Urban Village Head, Siswanto said the cleanup involved 100 joint personnel from PPSU, Bina Marga Sub-agency, Parks and City Forest Sub-agency, Environment Sub-agency, Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency, Transportation Sub-agency, Gulkarmat, and Satpol PP.

There were also locals who represented by PKK cadres, Jumantik (wiggler hunter), FKDM, LMK, City Council, and RT/RW adminiatrators.

"This action is focused on the channels and the surrounding environment," he explained, Monday (1/6).

Aside that, personnel also pruned trees prone to falling.

"Hopefully, locals can maintain the cleanliness of the channels to minimize puddles or flooding," he asserted.

The similar statement also came out from Central Jakarta Mayor, Arifin.

"Hope there will be shared concern and attention to protecting the environment," he hoped.
