Two Damaged Roads Repair in Cilincing Completed

The personnel of Cilincing Sub-district's Yellow Taskforce Implementer Unit, North Jakarta completed the repair of Jalan Akses Marunda in Semper Timur Urban Village and Jalan Marunda Makmur in Cilincing Urban Village.

Cilincing Sub-district's Bina Marga Implementer Unit Head, Hartanto explained the damaged roads were caused by rain and heavy vehicles.
"The repair was based on personnel's monitoring. We repaired 25 potholes on those two roads," he explained, Monday (1/20).
Collapsed Jalan Ciledug Raya Repair Reaches 80 PercentHe said that the damaged roads width were vary from 1x0.5 meter up to 3.5x2 meter. The repair was applied by using coldmix around 130 sacks.
"We use coldmix method as it can dry quickly. It means the roads will be able to be used immediately," he said.
According to him, his side repaired 80 potholes in a week in Cilincing Sub-district by deploying eight personnel with equipment like breaker, baby roller, and cutting.
"Our personnel will remain monitor the damaged roads. Hopefully the repaired roads will give comfort and safety for road users," he stated.
Meanwhile, one of residents living in Semper Timur Urban Village, Anjani (30), appreciated the repair.
"Heavy vehicles often pass the Jalan Akses Marunda. That's why the road is broken easily. Now I feel safe while riding on that road," he admitted.
