Jakarta Provincial Government Controls Illegal Parking on Sidewalk of Jalan Wolter Monginsidi

Jakarta Provincial Government acts quickly to control the illegal parking on sidewalk along Jalan Wolter Monginsidi, South Jakarta.

Acting Jakarta Governor, Teguh Setyabudi, said his side has responded the resident's report on social media or mass media related to the illegal parking on Jalan Wolter Monginsidi.

"I already instructed mayor and regional ranks, as well as regional working units such as Transportation Agency, and Satpol PP to control the illegal parking," Teguh said, Monday (1/20).

According to him, the personnel has been controlling the illegal parking on Jalan Wolter Monginsidi since Sunday night.

"Personnel will remain guard the area," he added.

Teguh stated that Jakarta Provincial Government has issued a letter for cafe and restaurant owners to assist their visitors not to park their vehicles on sidewalk.

"We appeal the cafe and restaurant owners to provide parking lot for their visitors," he stated.
