PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) reported that the overall progress of the construction has reached 47.13 percent as of January 31, 2025, covering the structural work of the elevated track with a focus on foundations, bridge pier construction, and bridge beam installation.
LRT Jakarta Phase 1B Project Director, Ramdani Akbar said the project is now progressing following the established targets, with the main focus on the construction of the bridge span structure, starting from the foundation work to the installation of the bridge beams.

Here are the details of the construction progress of LRT Jakarta Phase 1B:
1. Zone 1 (Velodrome – Rawamangun – Pasar Pramuka)
• Rawamangun Station: Entering the architectural finishing stage, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), as well as construction of eastern side entrance.
• BPKP Pramuka Station & Pasar Pramuka Station: Currently in the foundation, pilecap, bridge pylon, and pierhead shoring stages
• Jalan Pemuda, Rawamangun: Installation of steel box girder P34B-P35B has been completed and is now entering the slabdeck work stage
2. Zone 2 (Matraman – Manggarai)
• Matraman Station: Foundation work has been completed, the next stage is the installation of piers and pierheads
• Jalan Tambak: 10 bridge span girders have been installed, currently work is underway on the slabdeck and parapet walls
• Manggarai Station: Foundation drilling is still ongoing, while bridge beam installation is being carried out at points P110B – P113B
As information, the construction of LRT Jakarta Phase 1B is part of Jakarta's major transformation towards a more environmentally friendly and highly competitive global city
This project is slated to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026, with the hope of encouraging more people to switch to more efficient and sustainable public transportation.
With the extension of the route and integration with the Commuter Line, Mikrotrans, and Transjakarta, LRT Jakarta is expected to serve 80,000 to 100,000 passengers per day.
