"The bus had crossed part of the railway tracks before the siren sounded and the railway crossing barrier was closed," he explained.
He furthered panic occurred because passengers forced their way out and broke the left side window. After the red light ended, the vehicle in front of the bus moved, and then the bus resumed its normal speed.
"We apologize for the inconvenience. This is a serious concern for Transjakarta to revise the SOP for drivers, especially on routes that cross railway tracks," he stated.
