Pramono Anung to Attend Regional Head Retreat on February 21-28

Pramono Anung, who was inaugurated today as Jakarta Governor for 2025-2030 period, will attend the Regional Head Retreat at Tidar Valley, Military Academy (Akmil), Magelang, Central Java, on February 21-28, 2025.

During the eight-day retreat, he asked the Jakarta Deputy Governor Rano Karno (Bang Doel) to immediately coordinate with the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPDs) regarding the policies that need to be executed.

"Bang Doel and I have discussed. Bang Doel will even get a role," he uttered, Thursday (2/20).

In facing the eight-day retreat, he admitted that he has prepared himself to follow the entire series of activities, starting from physical training, Lemhanas material, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and on top of that, the direction of the Indonesian President, Prabowo Subianto.

"I will fully participate and I don't want to miss any of the events," he asserted.

Pram explained that in 100 days of work, his campaign promises would begin to be realized, such as education and social assistance, building community centers, free breakfast program, CCTV installation in RWs, free school fees, and opening 24-hour parks.

"All of them are real things that we convey in our socialization or campaign. It is well known that we hardly ever made something that cannot be trusted," he said.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Deputy Governor Rano Karno mentioned that he had also received a briefing to the duties and functions that also represent the central government.

"Mas Pram and I were advised by Mrs. Megawati not to ignore the President's direction. Although Jakarta has its own programs, but central government's programs must also be escorted to completion. The point is to improve people's welfare, that is her instruction," he expressed.
