Central Jakarta Regional Development and Control Team (TP3W, Monday (2/24), was checking the land and construction of green open space at Panin Building, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Gelora Urban Village, Tanah Abang.

Central Jakarta Assistant of Economy and Development, Bakwan Feriza Ginting, said the land observed land by 265 square meters is physical obligation of PT Terminal Builders for Jakarta Provincial Government.

Ginting added that the location will be used a green open space. The developer must construct the construction and its green open space, as well as constructing access to Jalan Balap Sepeda.
According to him, the green open space construction needs technical recommendation from Jakarta City Park and Forestry Agency.
"The green open space will add the interactive room and improve the city aesthetic," he added.
Meanwhile, Building Manager of PT Terminal Builders, Hadi Istanto explained his side will support the green open space construction and ready to obey the regulation.
"The green open space can be accessed by all residents. We'll provide park and chairs. The location is also near with mosque and office canteen," he explained.
