"Increasing digital literacy to ensure people understand the impact of online activities on the real world, including the ethics of playing location-based games," he added.
He also suggested that app developers include educational messages about players' responsibilities.
"And also strengthening security at social and public facilities locations by related parties," he asserted.
He even supports technology development with clear regulations and strict supervision to minimize negative impacts.
"Don't cause damage to public facilities and other disadvantages," he said.
