Lintas Jaya Ops on Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo Controls 11 Vehicles

As many as 11 vehicles illegally parked on Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo, Cawang, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, Tuesday (2/25), were netted during Lintas Jaya Operation that involved 40 joint personnel.

We gave ticket for 10 four-wheeled vehicles

The operation involved joint personnel of East Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency and Traffic Area Unit, assisted by Army and Satpol PP.

East Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency's  Operation Section Head, Riki Erwinda said the personnel targeted illegal parking on Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo since it was complained by residents.

"The location is our main focus. The joint personnel remain supervise the area," he said.

East Jakarta Traffic Police Enforcement and Order Unit, Sarwono, stated many vehicles were illegally parked on the area that triggered traffic congestion. In fact, there are signs of parking and stopping prohibition.

"We gave ticket for 10 four-wheeled vehicles and one motorcycle was grounded," he stated.

Meanwhile, East Jakarta Satpol PP's Operation Section Head, Charles Siahaan explained his side also controlled several street vendors on the roadside and sidewalk, and secured two illegal parking attendants for coaching at Cipayung Social House.

"We reminded the street vendors not to sell their goods on roadside and sidewalk," he stated.
