He ensured that Jakpro would support and implement the Jakarta Government's policies by ensuring that the management of this housing runs well following the principles of transparent and responsible governance.
Kampung Susun Bayam, which is part of the JIS area, was completed in 2022. The housing consists of three towers, namely Tower A containing 50 housing units (designated for residents of the former Kampung Bayam Madani), Tower B containing 35 housing units, and Tower C containing 50 housing units and 3 housing units specifically for the disabled.
The facilities available include a teacher's room, two study rooms, a library, public toilets, and disabled toilets. There is also a Green House provided to support urban farming activities.
